車厘木葉猶單孑，
松鴉憩想悄然落。
忽而盈悅放歌聲，
青株旖旎將自若。

There is now not a single
leaf on the cherry tree:
except when the jay
plummets in, lights, and,
in pure clarity, squalls:
then every branch
quivers and
breaks out in blue leaves.
