傅序\n光緒辛卯（十七年），錫祺獲識林君痴仙於童子試場。時君年十七，早有能詩名。以君夙慧，繼以力學，其於詞林中出一頭地，早為當時能詩諸先輩所深期許。\n滄桑變後，避亂桐城，轉徙申江，遍歷名山大川，益以助長其雄壯澎湃之詩思。既返故山霧隱，遂益肆力於詩。壬寅（二十八年）春，以無聊之極，思倡設櫟社，集諸同好互為唱酬，旁且誘掖獎勸，不遺餘力。我臺詩學如斯其盛，即歸功於君之提倡，殆非過言。自是之後，所感愈多，所為詩因之而夥。年四十一，而無悶草堂詩集積稿已若干卷。\n捐館以來，十有七年於茲矣。我社創立首功者之謦欬，無從復接；所可接者，祗此數卷之遺音。乃時至今日，未為之傳，為社友者，何以自慰？為後死者，又何以能辭其責？客年春，君之從弟林君獻堂敦囑錫祺陪同社陳君懷澄、陳君聯玉同事選輯，剋期梓行。憶君在日，一詩之出，人爭傳誦，今則詩猶是也，似無須強為去取。然於適興之作或擊缽之吟，則亦有以毋錄為議者，因以勉從割愛。選輯既定，謹以數語，弁其卷端。至其詩詞之工雅與其寄託之遙深，讀者自知，不必贅也。\n櫟社創立三十年辛未首春，傅錫祺鶴亭序。\n## 林序\n曷言乎詩？情鬱而不能無宣，意感而不能無作是已。曷言乎詩人？思必深，視必銳，立辭必誠是已。勞人思婦之所為，有不期工而自工者，雖詩人蔑以加也。至若言人人所欲言而又不能言，見人人所習見而又若無所見，則詩人之過人遠矣。\n從兄痴仙先生幼即耽詩，為諸生，不日課舉子業而課詩。滄桑之後，詩酒兩嗜，無日不飲，無飲不醉，而亦不醉無詩。所著無悶草堂詩集，含思宛轉，託興綿渺，務為雅俗共賞之音。\n回憶三十年前，兄嘗以擊缽吟號召，遂令此風靡於全島。有疑難之者，兄慨然曰：『吾故知雕蟲小技，去詩尚遠，特藉是為讀書識字之楔子耳』。嗟乎！兄非獨擅為擊缽吟已也；且今之無悶草堂集中，亦體兄之意，不錄擊缽吟。然而吾必述是寥寥數語者，以為非此則不足以知其人而讀其詩也。\n兄下世十七年，摯友鶴亭、槐庭、豁軒、太嶽日以遺集付梓為念。顧以南強善病，一再因循。去年秋褉，復有以為言者，鶴、槐二公力用選校自任，君子成人之美意良可感。而吾痴仙之苦心，亦將乘吾土文藝復興之機共見於當世；所關至大，吾又惡可無言？\n一九三一，從弟獻堂序於霧峰。\n## 林序\n吾島自斯庵以來而有詩；吾邑詩人，至丘丈仙根而大著。島系中絕，諸老播遷，當鶯喑燕啞之交，有作唳鶴哀猿之逸響者，則叔父痴仙先生是已。嘗試論之：先生之詩，當其轉徙桐城、歇浦間，勝賞既多，時有『小謝清新、太白俊發』之語。及其歸隱故林，雖豪氣未除，而機心已茁，則頗雜以『玉溪恢詭、昌谷詰曲』之風。三十以外，憂患飽嘗，乃折而學陶、學杜、學韓、學白，正如周處自遊俠少年、射虎斬蛟，一變至道耳。\n初，吾輩常見先生於妓筵歡飲中，身不離席，口不絕談。次韻和丘仙老所寄「秋感」八律，驚歎無已。迨及中歲，則又見其一字未安，苦吟移晷。及今思之，非先生之才有時屈，蓋先生之益以善用其才，獨奈何其不永年也！\n修，先生之猶子也，私淑久而情誼深。少先生五歲，今茲五十有二，距先生之卒十七年矣。歲月蹉跎，於無悶草堂遺文，曾不能有涓滴之助。往歲盍簪之會，從叔灌園始議剞劂，同社贊之；鶴亭、槐庭、豁軒三君子，又力任選校之勤。坐觀厥成，此實修所深感而重愧者焉。\n抑修尤有不能已於言者，以為斯集之出，上不必思齊於古人，下不必求知於後世；乃所願則並世才人，有能諒其抱不得已之苦衷而又處於無可如何之境遇者，時取一卷置諸醇酒婦人之側，薦以銅琶鐵板之聲，則痴仙之為人，固可旦夕遇之也。天乎痛哉！\n辛未（民國二十年）六月，兄子資修謹序。\n題詞\n鯉魚城中春駘蕩，微吟側帽獨來往；刺桐花下馬蹏驕，少年意氣幹雲上。撞破家居不足悲，早知誤國是纖兒；工愁燕子驚新壘，忍死鷦鷯戀故枝。萍花吹夢沈訊息，賤子關河走覓食；分作天涯海角人，怨鶴悽猿苦相憶。感時筆硯儘教焚，談瀛客至動訊君；詩史世爭推子美，罪言人解說司勳。舊夢剎塵都了了，底事景榕頭弗掉？野史亭荒話赤烏，遺民集在歌朱鳥。無淚可揮惟說詩，不堪著手屬枯棋；分明叱雪驚霜地，惆悵殘山腃水時。漫道仙人在島上，樓臺眼底皆無恙；我來天外訪安期，落花已把金棺葬。筍束遺編付阿咸，臣家痴叔本非凡；勳名一任銷銅柱，箸述居然出鐵函。白頭嗟我垂垂老，金揀沙披時見寶；開卷紛紛墮筆花，登堂落落思文藻。隱霧人歸山亦空，峰頭望月天濛濛；每依南鬥頻瞻北，不信西流偏向東。江山悠悠草雞死，藤牌未必無男子；劍南家祭莫傷心，他日谷音留信史。義熙甲子悲悁悁，人生不幸以詩傳；下君濁酒五千卷，遲我扁舟三十年。\n民國二十年辛未三月，泉州蘇大山蓀浦。\n##
