脈法","paragraphs":["經曰：婦人手少陰動甚者，妊子也。又曰：陰搏陽別，謂之有子。又云：何以知懷子之且生也？曰：身有病而無邪脈也。又尺中之脈，按之不絕者，妊娠也。滑伯仁曰：三部脈浮沉正等，無他病而不月者，妊也。按婦人帶證，足少陰脈亦多滑利，頗似孕脈，然必與手少陰脈動相應，方為妊子，否則為帶也。凡婦人懷孕，其血留氣聚，胞宮內實，故尺陰之脈必滑數，此必然之理也。然亦有中年受胎及血氣羸弱之婦，脈見細小不數者，但於微弱之中，必有隱隱滑動之象，此即陰搏陽別之謂，乃妊娠之脈也。但胎孕之脈數，勞損之脈亦數，然損脈數中兼弦澀，胎孕數必兼和滑，此幾微中，邪氣、胃氣之異，一診便知。再加審之以證，則顯然而明見者也。凡業醫者，不深究脈理，不細玩《內經》，往往誤認為陰虛、勞損、經閉之證。若非婦人之夫明以告之，鮮有不誤治反成半產漏下者矣。可不慎歟！"]},{"id":"chapter-1-section-110","title":"[卷之上] 序\n一介之士，苟存心於利物於人，必有所濟，矧更擇一藝以自居者，其為功於世可勝言哉！卜氏有言曰：雖小道必有可觀論者，謂如農圃醫卜之屬。四者之中精其業，勻足以濟世。然而農圃為聖人所弗道，卜筮之學，君平而後鮮得其傳。則夫士大夫從博覽之餘，一分其聰明才力以寄其愛人利物之心者，要莫如醫之一途為雅馴而功溥。雖然，難言之矣。蓋人稟陰陽五行之氣，以生命於天者，既不無濃薄之殊，而其繼也，或傷於寒暑，或縱於嗜慾，或苦於抑鬱勞瘁，與夫一切戕生拂性之端，種種相攻，求疾病之不起也，得乎？苟非有挾岐黃之術者以調劑其間，則斯人貿貿，亦大覺可哀。故諸家之中，唯醫道為難；而醫道之中，惟治胎產為更難也。餘同寅友閻君文侯，器宇宏深，善氣迎人，且於書無所不窺，於藝無所不通，而尤留心醫學。每謂婦人胎產所關非小，誠以受胎之後調養有法，臨產之際保護有方，既產之時調理有術，稍一弗慎，則存亡判於俄頃，生死關乎兩人。嘗見庸醫多誤，輒為嗟嘆不置，爰及諸名家所論說，而折衷之以己意，著為胎產一書，顏曰\"心法\"。餘於共事之暇，得閱其概，因取而讀之。其於藥性脈理，辨析於毫芒；徵驗引據，融會乎古今。\n誠業斯道者之津樑也。良由閻君居心仁恕，常懷利物，故即一藝之微，而亦必筆之於書，以覺世而訓俗。\n今方特膺聖天子簡命監使西粵，固將拴是心，以措之經綸，設施行見事業爛然，有以上報聖主特達之知，下慰寮友期望之雅，則其溥利蒼生，正無窮也，豈特肘後丹方徒令人向。閻君多種杏樹哉！然是書亦急宜付之梨棗，以功業醫者。竣後幸寄一卷示予，勿相忘也。是為序。\n賜進士出身楚竟陵年家眷同寅\n弟龔健揚拜書於燕臺客舍。時雍正三年秋八月\n## 自序\n予不敏，少年未嘗學問，雖於醫書多所涉獵，亦知其大略，而未究其精微，何敢自矜一得，以法當時而傳後世耶！第念醫以寄死生，其道固難，而胎產一門，宗嗣攸系，兩命所關，尤為醫道之最難者。緣是博採方書，日取先賢名論，而探求其奧理，考驗揣摹，歷三十餘年，似有以得其要領，不為岐途所惑，乃敢折衷先代之書，參以鄙見，匯成一集，分為上、中、下三卷，顏曰《胎產心法》。\n凡婦人受胎之始，有以固其根；臨產之際，有以防其變；既產之後，有以保其生。始終常變，曲折周詳，不敢自私，爰付剞劂。願世之業醫者，得是書而融會貫通，神明變化，固可以茂育群生。即不然，根據論擇方，對症加減，亦可以保全子母。後之善學胎產者，當不以予言為河漢耳。爰勒其概於篇首，以為之序。\n時雍正庚戌季菊月之中\n浣廣西左江觀察使上谷閻純璽誠齋氏書於官署\n## [卷之上] 脈法\n經曰：婦人手少陰動甚者，妊子也。又曰：陰搏陽別，謂之有子。又云：何以知懷子之且生也？曰：身有病而無邪脈也。又尺中之脈，按之不絕者，妊娠也。滑伯仁曰：三部脈浮沉正等，無他病而不月者，妊也。按婦人帶證，足少陰脈亦多滑利，頗似孕脈，然必與手少陰脈動相應，方為妊子，否則為帶也。凡婦人懷孕，其血留氣聚，胞宮內實，故尺陰之脈必滑數，此必然之理也。然亦有中年受胎及血氣羸弱之婦，脈見細小不數者，但於微弱之中，必有隱隱滑動之象，此即陰搏陽別之謂，乃妊娠之脈也。但胎孕之脈數，勞損之脈亦數，然損脈數中兼弦澀，胎孕數必兼和滑，此幾微中，邪氣、胃氣之異，一診便知。再加審之以證，則顯然而明見者也。凡業醫者，不深究脈理，不細玩《內經》，往往誤認為陰虛、勞損、經閉之證。若非婦人之夫明以告之，鮮有不誤治反成半產漏下者矣。可不慎歟！\n## [卷之上] 脈訣歌\n肝為血兮肺為氣，血為營兮氣為衛。陰陽配偶不參差，兩髒通和皆以類。血衰氣旺定無妊，血旺氣衰應有嗣。婦人經脈不見行，其脈微滑帶數意。身雖有病脈無邪，不澀不伏不弦勁。寸微關滑尺數形，流動往來雀啄利。兩手關脈大相應，胎已有形無差異。以上胎脈指下詳，數月懷身經脈閉。左疾為男右為女，帶縱帶橫雙生據。左手脈逆生三男，右手脈順生三女。人恐左右髒氣偏，不若陽男與陰女。寸滑為陽尺滑陰，兩寸滑實雙男取。兩尺滑實二女陰，此定男女分明語。右尺左寸滑見形，證別一男又一女。\n又云左寸浮大男，右寸沉細稱為女。屢經診驗不差訛，說與醫人為確據。小兒日足胎成聚，身熱脈亂無所苦。汗出不食吐逆時，精神結備其中住。滑疾不散三月胎，但疾不散五月母。八九十月疾數無，亦有始終洪數婦。\n胎脈弦牢滑利安，沉細而","is_preview":true,"preview_page_limit":10}
