痰火證論","paragraphs":["夫癆者，勞也。以勞傷精氣血液，遂致陽盛陰虧，火炎痰聚，因其有痰有火，病名酷厲可畏者，故令人諱之曰痰火也。然溯所自來，固非一類，有稟賦素怯，復勞傷心腎，耗奪精血而致者；有外感風寒傷肺，致久咳絕其生化之源而致者；有久病久瘧，小愈失調，復克真元而致者；有藜藿勞人，傷力吐血，致陰虛使然者；有膏粱逸士酗酒恣欲，勞傷脾胃而致者；有薰陶漸染者。種種之異，難以列舉，至於成癆則一也。然將成是症，必有預徵兆始焉。或頸項結核，或腹脅癖，或素有夢遺，或幼多鼽衄，漸而有潮汗遺精，咳唾吐衄諸血等候。外症必形容憔悴，肌體羸，毛髮焦枯，脈必弦澀芤虛，總之髒氣偏虧，亢害無制，因而致此極也。所治之法，必審其各髒外症，以徵其內亢，乃施驅賊補母之法，庶得肯綮。","如肺病傳肝，則面白目枯，口苦自汗，心煩驚怖，法當清金補水以益木。腎病傳心，則面黑鼻幹，口瘡喜忘，大便或秘或瀉，法當折水補木以益火。肝病傳脾，則面青唇黃，舌強喉哽，吐涎體瘦，飲食無味，法當伐木補土以益火；心病傳肺，則面赤鼻白，吐痰咯血，咳嗽毛枯，法當瀉火補土以益水。脾病傳腎，則面黃耳枯，胸滿痛，遺精白濁，法當瀉土補金以益水；此五臟亢害承製之證治也。更有骨蒸屍疰，種類亦多，無乃陰虛之極，治法亦必益水清金，滋陰降火，越於是法，豈其然乎？至於傳屍一症，則有伏連等名，其狀不一，葛氏已立治矣。所制青蒿煎、天庭蓋散，亦皆殺蟲杜後之劑，然預圖早服，庶不貽殃也。倘至顛危沉困之際，則病深蟲老，雖倉扁亦望而畏焉。"]},{"id":"chapter-1-section-158","title":"[卷一] 序\n昔黃帝問岐伯曰：餘聞上古之人，春秋皆度百歲，而動作不衰。今人年至半百，而動作衰敝，時勢異耶？人將失之耶？對曰：上古之人，法於陰陽，和於術數，飲食有節，起居有常，不妄作勞，故能形與神俱，盡終其天年，度百歲。今人不能也，以酒為漿，以妄為常，醉以入房，以欲竭精，耗散其真，務快其心，逆於生樂，起居無節，故半百而衰。夫妄作則傷於形容，耗真則傷於神氣，疾之所起，二髒先損，心腎不交，未老而羸，未羸而病，病至則重，重則必斃。嗚呼！故上士施醫於未病之先，保養於未敗之日，善服藥，不若善保養，世有不善保養，又不善服藥，病入膏肓，非藥石所能及也。神哉！應圓龔君，業則軒岐，心則天地，囊括文雅，著述成林，於斯道得三昧焉。憫二豎之為祟，嘆庸流之偏執，乃出其纂輯《痰火》一書行世，問序於餘。餘閱其著論立訣，靡一不精，別門分類，靡一不詳。未病之有養生卻疾之術，既病之後，有調護攻治之法，深探隱微，窮盡玄變，一團生氣，浮於紙上，所謂紅爐飛片雪，龍虎自相隨，八卦正位，二豎消滅，將壽世人，皆為井谷中老矣。\n通家弟鄧志謨拜題\n## [卷一] 痰火證論\n夫癆者，勞也。以勞傷精氣血液，遂致陽盛陰虧，火炎痰聚，因其有痰有火，病名酷厲可畏者，故令人諱之曰痰火也。然溯所自來，固非一類，有稟賦素怯，復勞傷心腎，耗奪精血而致者；有外感風寒傷肺，致久咳絕其生化之源而致者；有久病久瘧，小愈失調，復克真元而致者；有藜藿勞人，傷力吐血，致陰虛使然者；有膏粱逸士酗酒恣欲，勞傷脾胃而致者；有薰陶漸染者。種種之異，難以列舉，至於成癆則一也。然將成是症，必有預徵兆始焉。或頸項結核，或腹脅癖，或素有夢遺，或幼多鼽衄，漸而有潮汗遺精，咳唾吐衄諸血等候。外症必形容憔悴，肌體羸，毛髮焦枯，脈必弦澀芤虛，總之髒氣偏虧，亢害無制，因而致此極也。所治之法，必審其各髒外症，以徵其內亢，乃施驅賊補母之法，庶得肯綮。\n如肺病傳肝，則面白目枯，口苦自汗，心煩驚怖，法當清金補水以益木。腎病傳心，則面黑鼻幹，口瘡喜忘，大便或秘或瀉，法當折水補木以益火。肝病傳脾，則面青唇黃，舌強喉哽，吐涎體瘦，飲食無味，法當伐木補土以益火；心病傳肺，則面赤鼻白，吐痰咯血，咳嗽毛枯，法當瀉火補土以益水。脾病傳腎，則面黃耳枯，胸滿痛，遺精白濁，法當瀉土補金以益水；此五臟亢害承製之證治也。更有骨蒸屍疰，種類亦多，無乃陰虛之極，治法亦必益水清金，滋陰降火，越於是法，豈其然乎？至於傳屍一症，則有伏連等名，其狀不一，葛氏已立治矣。所制青蒿煎、天庭蓋散，亦皆殺蟲杜後之劑，然預圖早服，庶不貽殃也。倘至顛危沉困之際，則病深蟲老，雖倉扁亦望而畏焉。\n## 痰火證治\n夫痰火者，癆瘵之晦名，病之最酷者也。然以病之先後言，則火為痰之本，痰為火之標，而其陰虛，則又為致火致痰之本矣。何則？陰虛則火動，火動則痰生，所謂痰火者，寧非言末而忘本耶。人之一身，金水二髒，不可暫傷，蓋金為生化之源，水為生生之本，真陰既虧，則火自偏勝，火既偏勝，則上炎爍金，金母既傷，則生化之源已息，而水子何以借其胎養乎","is_preview":true,"preview_page_limit":10}
