序\n憶餘幼時，偕鄭春江姊丈同受業於淮南姜村阮師之門，時松陵靈胎徐丈往來吳中，旅居與姜村師衡宇相望也，亦頻相過從，每竊聞其緒論。徐丈方輯《難經經釋》諸書，嘗質正於師。師曰：“丈之外科，洵精且博矣。而用力乃專意於內科何哉？”丈曰：“凡言外科者，未有不本於內科者也，若不深明內科之旨，而徒抄襲舊方以為酬應，鮮有不蹈橐駝腫背之誚矣。\n餘心韙之。今閱高子錦庭之書而益信。錦庭積學工醫，臨證已三十餘年，精習經方，洞曉脈理，雖治外科，而必熟復於《內經》諸聖賢之書，洵能探其本不襲其末者歟。故其治病也，不膠於成見，不涉於附和，或症同而治異，或症異而治同，神存於心手之際，務使三縛悉除，四難並解，非意會於中，超然有悟者其孰能之！顏曰心得，誠自道其所得也。書成將付剞劂，以嘉惠後學，可見用心之濃。而世之習是科者，得此書而循誦習傳，奉如圭臬，亦可不迷於嚮往也已。今靈胎徐丈之哲嗣漁村先生，世其家學，公卿倒屣，名重海內，與予春江姊丈有姻誼，暇日當寄覽焉，未知漁村以為何如也？\n嘉慶丙寅仲夏吳趨郭一臨題於錫學之如舟小舍\n## 序\n醫者意也。昔人謂意之所解，口不能宣，而著書為無益。語雖超妙，而不得其平。向使《靈樞》《素問》諸經不傳於世，而周秦以下鮮有論述，則後世益驚疑回惑於生死之交，而庸醫之誤人者，直恆河沙數矣。夫應變呼吸，得心應手，驅使草木，如行三軍，此不可得而言也。至於血脈、經絡、陰陽、表裡之會，審乎百病之原而兼治之，是猶閉門造車，出門合轍，何不可言，而亦何可不言。錫山高子錦庭以瘍醫名。習是業者，往往不衷於古，不通於今，守其不經之才，變萬而治一，毒流於人而不自知其非。高子則曰外科必從內治，熟讀《內經》然後可以臨證。故其HT瘍也，先究乎色聲味之淫，進察乎精氣神之變，寒熱虛實，洞見結，由是刮殺以破之，針灸以出之。當其定方，則又君臣佐使，子母兄弟井井然，銖兩因心。蓋病家之瀕於危而受活者不少焉。餘蒞錫數載，家人有患瘍，屬治輒效。今年夏，幼子腫發於面，自唇齒間延緣頰顴而及於目，惡月潰腐，甚創且殆。高子乃傅以良膏，飲以和劑，拔毒剔骨，痂脫而病瘥。迨入冬，餘姊陡發肝氣，日夜掣痛，以年逾六旬，平素氣血虛怯，深患之。亟延高子至，曰：癰膿已成，幸生皮裡膜外。之膿出盞許，痛止即安，餘甚感之。既乃出所為書，丐餘敘。讀其論，幼孩有所謂腮與多骨及腸癰者，即餘家之兩病。\n其它辨析微至，歷有經驗，而創論獲解，雖前人或未之逮，然後嘆高子之肱折深，而其書未可以闇昧而不顯也。因亟勸之梓，而名其集曰《心得》。是固醫之所以為意，絕非有膠柱之跡存，且能深憫夫庸醫之誤人，有以發其蒙而救其失，其用意尤濃矣。嗟乎！士大夫高談經濟，或鮮能及物，而仁人君子之術，顧得諸方技之中，則是書之有裨於世，豈淺鮮哉。至若運用之妙，則非高子不能言，而餘又烏能代為言耶。\n嘉慶乙丑小春上浣山右楊潤敘\n## 序\n醫家內外科，並有起死之責，毫釐之誤，人命系之。世人重內輕外，於瘍科每易言之。\n職是科者，又皆廉材膚學，不深明脈氣淺深虛實之辨，藥性君臣佐使之宜，墨守其術，以祈投合。烏呼！其幸不敗裂者亦僅矣。高子錦庭，系內外兩科範聖學、杜雲門之高弟，究心《靈樞》《素問》，探索有年，洞垣一方，識其癥結，蓋其內外科之學，皆有心得。又憫瘍科之誤人也。故專論之，亦仁人君子之用心矣。頃出所著見示，名曰《心得集》，標識形象，而必探論本原，量其陰陽強弱，以施治療。餘按《周禮·天官》，瘍醫掌腫瘍、潰瘍、金瘍、折瘍之祝藥殺之齊。注家謂：者颳去膿血；殺者以藥食其惡肉。又曰：凡療瘍以五毒攻之，以五氣養之，以五藥療之，以五味節之。注謂：既殺攻盡其宿肉，然後養之五氣，蓋五穀之誤，節節成其藥力，此可以見古者瘍藥攻補兼施之","is_preview":true,"preview_page_limit":10}
