柯序\n烏程林子憲百，著《四診抉微》成，郵寄問序於餘。餘不知醫，何以序林子之書為？雖然，餘固不知醫，餘竊久知林子之志於醫。蓋林子為餘桐崗徐夫子之族甥，昔年侍側，夫子每向餘嘖嘖道林子之醫。少即專精篤嗜，博極群書，寒暑不輟，且遨遊四方，遇岐黃宿碩名酬報，貴賤貧富，惟一體視。每遇疾病危急之家，諸醫盈座，唯相向束手無策，或且唯唯諾諾，隨人可否，林子獨憑几出定見制方，病者立起死回生。以故夫子視學中州，日延林子至署，一時當路公卿，爭聘無虛日，藝術之神，吾裡士大夫迄今能道之。噫，林子之醫，其學業彰彰若是。其所著述，不即可決其信今而傳後哉。故不敢以不知醫辭，而為之序。\n固始柯喬年拜手題\n## 自序\n夫詣泰華者，非濟勝之具，不能以登其巔。涉江漢者，非舟楫之用，未足以達其源。是以師曠不廢律呂以作樂，般　難捨繩墨以在宗匠亦必藉資於物，而成其工巧。技藝之士，又豈能捨規矩而成方圓者哉？餘嘗遊於藝，因維醫之為道，先哲往往比類於鹽梅，此無他，以其調燮之功，與操鼎鼐者埒耳，上古有熊御極，諮詢六臣，闡微窮奧，首重於診；諄諄三複，亦以其審陰陽，察虛實，視表裡，莫不由於此也。如臨河問津，舍梁筏又烏能飛渡耶？然診有四在，昔神聖相傳，莫不併重。自典午氏以後，作述家專以脈稱而略望聞問，後人因置而不講，大違聖人合色脈之旨矣。殊不知望為四診最上乘工夫，果能抉其精髓，亦不難通乎神明，聞問亦然，終是缺一不可。譬如人之行立坐臥，何者可廢耶？餘因不揣固陋，翻繹往籍，搜剔先聖之微言，造詣期登於神聖，鉤致往哲之精華，指趨希抵於工巧，取義理之精確而有據、明白易曉者，匯而成帙，間附一得之愚，顏之曰《四診抉微》。出以問世，使後之習是業者，有所憑藉，庶足以操司命之權，而拯斯世之諸疾苦，或未必無小補云爾。\n雍正元年嘉平月苕東逸老林之翰書於玉映堂中\n## 凡例\n一、四診為岐黃之首務，而望尤為切緊。後賢集四診者，皆首列切診，而殿望聞問於後，簡略而不能明辨，使後學視為緩務，置而不講久矣。今餘輯是編，先集經文，繼附先哲之神髓，復分部而詳之，於望遵《素》《難》之次序，用望為四診之冠，欲學人，知所重而深求其義，則超上乘而進乎技，又何難哉？一、望診在兒科尤為切要。口不能言，古稱啞科，以其無從發問，而窮詰病因，惟賴望色察紋以驗證，實難事也。臨證之際，啼號躁擾，亦難聆音聲之清濁長短，以究病情；至於切脈，更為難言。從古相沿，小兒半歲之際，《心鑑》有按眉端之法，兼辨脈紋以斷病；三歲以下，始以脈診焉，然亦不過以一指按高骨，分其三部，定其息數而已，外此無可憑藉。至前人有謂小兒肌膚嫩薄，浮絡易以呈形，以察虎口三關，為非是。必如其說，使業兒科者，何從下手而活幼乎？錢仲陽曰，小兒若憑寸口之浮沉，必橫亡於孩子，蓋亦有見。餘因搜採小兒望診而詳其說，使來裔有所依倚而為之範，則非蛇足也。\n一、聽聲審音，可察盛衰存亡，並可徵中外情志之感。《樂記》雲：其聲　以殺者，哀心之感；其聲　以緩者，樂心之感；其聲發以散者，喜心中，而聲應於外者，有若桴鼓之捷也。顧聲音之道理亦淵深，義復宏邃，詎可不講之有素乎，見先哲次","is_preview":true,"preview_page_limit":10}
