敘\n天地有好生之德，人生天地間，不能體天地之心為心，縱有千駟萬鍾，歷數十春秋，只與草本同朽，烏足道哉，烏足道哉。吾邑清臣先生，隱君子也，聰明特出，倜儻不羈，文字皆工，而詩賦猶勝。昔從宿學宋西橋先生遊，賞以大器期之，赴童軍前茅輒列，因患足疾，遂不復向名場角逐，一室詠歌，著有《醉吟詩草》。西橋先生見而悅之，曰：汝臣此不死矣，詩才若此，可付棗黎，以公同好。詩板落成，復於閒居研究軒岐，書無不讀，數十年來活人甚眾，且先生以精明之質，抱瀟灑之懷，儒學而為醫學。一時縉紳先生，鹹耳其名，如中丞嚴渭春、方伯吳廉生、明府陳薌墀輩，常與公遊，談醫理，講文理，外拈賦詩，唱和為尤多焉。蓋由先生才思敏捷，學問宏通，故諸公不但以名醫目之，兼以名士稱之也。晚年善病，閉戶著書，採取各家精華及生平素所應驗，手錄成篇，欲傳後世，用心誠苦，而救世良殷矣。癸酉秋闈後，餘錦裡歸來，先生出書見示。餘捧讀再三，竊見首卷提絜大綱，次、三臚陳雜證，四卷附載醫案、穴道及百誤八法，切而不泛、簡而不繁，誠後學津樑，入門路徑也。\n夫神農以後，著書立說，不下數十百人。然其中短長互見，先生棄其短、取其長，掇百家之長，纂成斯集，溫涼攻補，不執一偏，按證選方，足供實用。古云：太上立德，其次立功，其次立言。先生此書，誠立言而樹功德於無窮者也。餘有心斯道，恨未窺一斑，恆親炙光儀，更端請教先生口講指畫，層出不窮，知其底蘊深也。書成命序，爰綴俚言以為之首。\n## 時同治十三年　歲官甲戌　清和既望　香圃駱世馨撰\n自敘\n同治癸酉，廉年七秩，追思少壯，不堪回首。幼奉先君命，學詩文詞賦，延師課讀，負笈從遊，多歷年所。道光丙申，先君辭世，抱歉多端，於是博覽搜奇，無不學習。道光壬寅，陡患腳疾，寸步難移，延醫調治，浪費多金，足不能動，手不能舉，項強筋痛，骨瘦如柴。病經五載，醫過百餘，九死一生，幸留殘喘。因而採買藥書，遍查腳疾，見古書所立之方，與醫家所用之藥，舒筋除溼，一一用盡，終屬不效。予從字樣之從足者搜尋，忽於痿躄門中，覓出五痿症來，遵法調理，始服麗參、銀花以解前藥，繼服補中以益正氣，手足頭項俱能動搖。服十全大補，去芎、苓，加附片、枸杞、巴戟、鹿茸，數劑而安，改劑為丸，萬病俱失，行走如常。\n嗚呼！醫道之廢弛久矣。從此重開藥肆，普集藥書，細心考究，約計十年，始行問世。歷遍朱門、茅屋，臨症頗多，見病亦廣，大小沉屙，隨治即效，然終不免為他人作嫁衣裳爾。因退處田間，課子教孫，甫經兩載，適有邑侯陳公薌墀來守雙邑，幕友吳又香患失血，多醫罔效，迭次來請，不得已而往焉。\n初見陳公，禮賢下士，有儒者風，言談起居，隆禮相待。又香病癒，往來甚密，呤詠唱和，前後八載，已足生平之幸。而薌翁不沒人長，每於謁大府、會同僚，遍為延譽，由此渭春中丞、廉生方伯，及督藩臬道，各州府縣，無不備至。隨處所作病論，所立藥方，所解藥性甚多。陳薌墀勸刻於前，吳貫槎勸刻於後，皆各贈匾額，","is_preview":true,"preview_page_limit":10}
