蟲症\n附例\n二便秘結\n肛腫翻出\n附例\n附：外治九法\n李序\n天下事至變者病，而可見者恃乎形；至精者醫，而可據者恃乎理。極精以窮變必本見微知著之旨，就形而求理尤賴慎思明辨之功，是以疾在腠理扁鵲論其易治，病居膏肓秦緩知其難效。若夫河內出蛇之奇，海陵走獺之變，伯宗之徙癰於柳，秋夫之針鬼於茅，要皆病之變者，亦即醫之精也。唯能神而明之，自可習而化之耳。\n醫道一端，茫無涯，始於黃岐，聖於仲景，遞演相傳，名家輩出，撰述千百，闡發靡遺。降及今日，斯道凌夷，或剽竊膚辭，或拘泥古法，偶閱本草，粗記成方，既盲於心，復昧於目，本以活人之術，轉為殺人之具，籲可嘆也，亦可畏也。閩侯陳君守真，今之知名醫也，茲以所著《兒科萃精》一書，不棄淺陋而來求序於餘，餘不敏黍長衛生職司鎖鑰，長城日壞，焉憂之，正欲領導群倫同遵正軌，務期挽救民生鹹登壽域，方在整理之中，猝遇濟世之筏，披閱再四，喜慰無量。竊愛其命名兒科獨具隻眼，題曰萃精別有會心，融化聖經賢訓，吸其精華，採取名言要訣，傾其糟粕，深具得醫之意，猶善察脈之真，擇焉既精，語焉亦詳，何異龍宮之獲，寧非金匱之鈔。\n行見蘇耽救疫，常滿橘井之泉；將使董奉賑貧，偏多杏林之樹。陸宣公道在活人，範文正志在濟眾，餘知斯書之出也或莫非其意也歟，是為序。\n民國十八年十二月朔日漢口特別市衛生局長李博仁序\n## 自序\n上古羲農黃帝及臣岐伯所作《天元玉冊》、《本草》、《靈樞素問》三經為醫書之鼻祖，厥後而漢唐而宋元而明清，代有傳書，獨兒科專集寥落如晨星，且皆缺而不全，雜而不純，泥古而不通今，構虛而不核實。雖鄙陋如守真，愚鈍如守真，猶知醫之難在乎順天之時，測氣之偏，適人之情，體物之理，合名物象數兼賅之為難也。\n兒科之難在乎不精方脈婦科，透徹生化之源者不能，作兒科之尤難上難也。嬰兒肌膚薄，營衛疏，觸感則萬端傳變；臟腑柔，骨筋脆，遇傷則全體動搖。前賢雲：小兒有病，外不過六淫，內不過胎毒飲食。創是說者輒謂治小兒之病不難，孰知小兒之喜怒哀樂較成人更專且篤乎。無病之兒賴父母，有病之兒賴乎醫。父母唯恐其兒之飢而不慮其過飽，唯恐其兒之寒而不慮其過暖，實不知飽暖太過即致病之媒也。兒有病而延醫，則治病之權責在醫。\n昔醫雲小兒純陽，此丹灶家言謂其未曾破身耳。因誤會純陽二字，有病恣用苦寒，苦能滲溼，殊不知人蟲也，兒體本屬溼土，溼重者肥，溼輕者瘦，安可盡滲其溼而令兒枯槁乎。寒能瀉火，更不知唯壯火可減，少火則兒所賴以生者，愈瀉愈瘦，愈化愈燥，重伐胃汁，勢不變為痙厥者幾希。甚至感本外標，用羌、防、柴、葛、麻黃、細辛以虛其腠理；邪非內實，用蠍、蚣、腦、麝、芫花、大戟以削其元精，小兒何辜，冤成大錯，言之痛心。李士材曰：用古方療今病，不啻折舊料改新房。誠哉是言也。夫藥以治療，有是病而服是藥病當之，無是病而服是藥氣當之。治未藥之病則但求其中的，治誤藥之病則病不免於牽纏。守真不才，爰將生平實驗著兒科，顏曰萃精，以表閱兩寒暑聚精會神之微意也。\n竊謂小兒稚陽未充，稚陰未長，證宜詳表裡陰陽虛實寒熱，方宜按君臣佐使性味功能，稍呆則滯，稍重則傷，稍不對證則莫知其鄉，本斯意以成編。誰非父母，誰無兒子，所願注目先機防汛，永慶築堤之固，羅胸定算，臨","is_preview":true,"preview_page_limit":10}
