換骨丹\n療血滯而不流，衛氣遏而不通。風寒溼氣相搏筋血之間，內舍偏虛，發為不遂之病感八風，血凝五痺，筋攣骨痛，癱瘓偏枯，一切風證並皆治之。服之神妙，難以言宣。\n槐角子炙（黃熟）　桑白皮（去粗皮，炙）　川芎　蒼朮（去皮）　白芷　蔓荊子（去萼）　人參　威香（半兩，另研）　麻三鬥三升（小鬥七升是也），熬六鬥濾去麻黃，澄清再熬至二升半，入其餘藥末。每一兩三錢作一十丸，硃砂為衣。每服一丸，用酒一盞浸，至晚溶化開，臨臥服之。\n## 活命金丹\n治中風不語，半身不遂，肢節頑痺，痰涎上潮，咽嗌不利，飲食不下，牙關緊噤及解一切藥毒、酒毒，發熱腹脹，大小便不利，胸膈痞滿，上實下虛，氣閉面赤，汗後餘熱不退，勞病諸藥不治，無問老幼、男子、婦人，俱得服食。\n貫眾　甘草　板藍根　乾薑（各一兩）　龍腦（研，三錢）　麝香（研，三分）　牛黃（研，半兩）　生犀　珠子末（各半兩）　川大黃（一兩半）　辰砂（四分，一半入藥，一半為末）　青黛（三錢）　薄荷（上件藥搗羅為末，與研藥一處攪勻，煉蜜同水浸，　餅為劑每兩作十丸，另以硃砂為衣，就溼真金箔四十箔為衣，臘月修合，瓷器收貯，多年不壞。如療風毒，茶清化下。解藥毒，新冷水化下。汗後餘熱勞病及小兒驚熱，薄荷湯化下。以上並量病大小，加減用之，大有效。\n## 大辰砂丸\n清頭目，化痰涎，利咽膈，手足麻木，肢節疼痛，鼻塞聲重，頭昏目眩，項背拘急膚瘙癢，卒生癮疹，冒觸風寒，並服之。\n天麻（去苗，一兩）　防風（去蘆頭，二兩）　細辛（去苗葉、土，半兩）　薄荷葉（半兩）　川芎（上件七味為細末，煉蜜丸如彈子大，硃砂為衣。每服一丸，細嚼，食後生薑湯下，茶清亦得。\n## 生朱丹\n治諸風痰甚。頭痛目眩，旋暈欲倒，肺氣鬱滯，胸膈不利，嘔噦噁心，恍惚健忘，強直，偏正頭痛，面目浮腫，筋脈拘急，涕唾稠黏，咽喉不利，常服清神爽志。\n白附子（炮製，去皮臍，半斤）　石膏（燒通紅放冷，半斤）　龍腦（一字）　硃砂（一兩二錢半，為衣）\n上件三味為細末，燒粟米飯為丸，如小豆大，硃砂為衣。每服三十丸，食後茶酒任下。\n## 獨活續命湯\n治卒暴中風不省人事，漸覺半身不遂，口眼　斜，手足戰掉，語言謇澀，肢體情昏亂，頭目眩重，痰涎並多，筋脈拘攣不能屈伸，骨節煩疼不得轉側，及治諸風驗。若治香港腳緩弱，久服得瘥。久病風人，每遇天色陰晦，節候變更，宜先服之，麻黃（去節根，一兩）　人參（去蘆頭，一兩）　黃芩（一兩）　芍藥（一兩）　芎（一兩）　甘草兩）　防風（去蘆頭，一活（三錢）　幹蠍（三錢）\n上件為粗末，每服三錢匕，水一盞半，入生薑五片，煎取一盞，去滓，稍熱食前服。\n## 芎術湯\n清神爽志，祛風消蘊。治頭目昏痛，止鼻塞聲重。\n川芎（二兩半）　白朮（二兩七錢半）\n上二味為粗末。每服三錢，水一盞，入生薑五片，煎至七分，去滓，稍熱服，或細末白湯點\n## 通頂散\n治風痰旋暈。頭目大痛及偏正不定發作，神志昏憒；或冒風寒，鼻塞聲重。\n藜蘆（去苗土，半兩）　躑躅花（去土，一錢）　藿香葉（去土，二錢）\n上為細末，每用紙捻蘸藥鼻內搐，不拘時。\n## 木瓜虎骨丸\n治風寒溼合而成痺，腳重不仁，疼痛少力，足下癮痛不能踏地，腰膝筋攣不能項背拘急、手臂無力、耳內蟬鳴、頭眩目運，及諸證香港腳行步艱難，並宜服之。\n木瓜　騏　竭（研）　沒藥（各一兩，研）　乳香（研，半兩）　虎脛骨（塗酒炙，一兩）　木香瓜子　桂　當歸（切上件一十五味，除研藥外為細末，拌勻，酒面糊為丸，如桐子大。每服三十丸，空心煎木爪\n## 上清白附子丸\n治諸風痰甚，頭痛目眩，旋暈欲倒。嘔噦噁心，恍惚不寧，神思昏憒，肢體強硬，手足麻痺。常服除風化痰，清利頭目。\n白附子（炮）　半夏（湯洗七次）　川芎　天南星（炮）　白殭蠶（炒）　菊花　陳皮（去白）　旋覆上件十味為細末，生薑汁浸，　餅為丸，如梧桐子大。每服三十丸，食後生薑湯下。\n## 石膏丸\n治諸風痰涎，頭痛目眩，旋欲暈倒，心忪悸動，恍惚不寧，神思昏憒，肢體倦疼，強硬，手足麻痺。常服除偏正頭疼。\n石膏（另研）　白附子（炮）　半夏（湯洗七次）　川芎　天南星（炮）　白殭蠶（炒去絲）　菊花（上件一十一味為細末，生薑汁浸，　餅為丸，如梧桐子大。每服五十丸，漸加一百丸，食後生\n## 四物附子湯\n治風溼相搏骨節煩疼，四肢拘急不得屈伸，近之則痛，自汗而短氣，惡風不欲頭面手足時時浮腫。\n附子（炮，去皮臍，一分）　桂（八分）　白朮（六分）　甘草（炙四分）\n上四味　咀，每服稱半兩，水一大盞，生薑五片，煎至八分，去滓溫服，不拘時。\n##
